Recommendations for holiday reads - similar to 'One day'

Hello,

I'm off on holiday soon and would love to get a good romance book to take away with me. I'm not really into trashy over the top romance books. I loved One Day, especially the twist at the end which I didn't see coming.

Do you have any recommendations please? It doesn't even have to be romance, a good easy read, page turner would be brilliant to!
