Yes, I've read it, but I can't remember the end. Was it that a buggy was found at the the top of a cliff? I'd need to reread it to remember what I thought. I think she couldn't live without her lover... Is this what you mean?

I read it and was also bit spooked by the end.
I suppose it's a bit open ended as they don't find the bodies - either she took her own life (and her son too) or she just disappeared to get away from her husband.
Did think it bit odd that the suggestion was there that she killed herself and her baby when she seemed so besotted with him...
Isn't there a website on the book/author (nikki gemmel)?

I will have a look for the website..I wondered if the lover had gone mad and killed them both then himself because she had stayed with the husband and had the baby-there was a bit towards the end where the lover passed her and the husband and baby on the street and they didnt aknowledge each other, obviously, but I wondered if that was the suggestion..
Either way it was obviously an effective ending as I still cant stop wondering..

Sorry, yes you were right Mrs M, they found her car I think and the empty buggy-I think on a cliff top?

Yes that sounds like it, buggy found on cliff top but no bodies ever found, which makes it a bit open ended...
