Can't cancel my audible trial

There's no "cancel" option on my account details page. Anyone know where I'm going wrong?

I did this recently - you can't do it from a mobile device, has to be full web page, does that help? They do make it hard!

Thanks! Tweeted them and they told me they can help. So I'll let them do it (or not) and then try desktop.
