I have just finished The Handmaid's tale and was bkown away by the writing. Her style is beautiful.
I would like to read more by her, any other books I should try in particular?

I loved the handmaids tale. I have just finished two of her books in the last few days, moral disorder which I liked and the heart goes last which I loved, it was weird, but really good. I didn't like the year of the flood at all, I didn't realise it was a trilogy so perhaps I didn't really 'get' it. Atwood is an amazing writer!

Cat's Eye
Robber Bride - with Zenia who reminds me of MN's lovely Xenia Wink
Lady Oracle
Alias Grace
Bodily Harm
The Edible Woman

The Maddaddam trilogy made me weep BUCKETS at the end, i was a gibbering wreck! I picked up Oryx and Crake straight away and reread the whole trilogy.

She wrote a great short book (novella?) called The Penelopiad, the story of Odysseus as told by his wife Penelope. Fantastic, sad, really feels like it could be true!

I loved the Blind Assassin, didn't see ANYTHING coming ShockGrin

I'd love to rediscover MA all over again
