i just loved those books!

I've got them in my loft ready for the dcs. I loved them too, especially as the little girl had the same name as me.

No no, the toy one who talked was Teddy Ruxpin.

Teddy Robinson was a character in a book - no associated merchandising .
I loved the one where Deborah(?) asked him to watch the toast - and he did, he watched it, and watched it, and it started to burn and he kept on watching it and watching it...

My mum still tells people not to 'do a Teddy Robinson' if she asks them to keep an eye on something cooking.
