Has anyone read this, just finished it but I want to see if anyone else noticed something I did without spoiling it for others.

I have! I enjoyed it but I guessed the twist immediately and I NEVER twig stuff that fast usually. What did you think about the book?

Oh really, see I didn't get right until the end!! The thing that got me was when Sal went for the interview & they asked about the surname & Sal said my family are Italian, I was thinking about it the rest of the way through after that but I still didn't twig thought it was a mistake by the writer !!
I felt so daft at the end but honestly didn't have a clue, I want to reread it now to see if it's obvious. Really enjoyed it though
