I've just finished this book and really enjoyed it, if anyone else has read it, what do you think about the Facebook messages? I can't figure it out.
Through the book I had a couple of theories but none seem right given the ending.
Firstly I thought the MIL was techy and set this up to scare (or warn) Jess so she could take the baby. Or it was the not so "D"H trying to make her think she was mentally unwell again as a way to control her or lastly that she was mentally unwell and basically was making her current situation "fit" the theory, i.e. Getting married when she read she was, falling pregnant when she read she was. The 3rd theory worked up until the domestic violence started, then it fell apart as there is no way she could have predicted that from the outset.
