Any Nora Roberts fans? Which one to start with?

I fancy reading a Nora Roberts book, having never actually done so despite being an avid reader of all things fiction (and a lot of non-fiction too!) So, which to start with?

Oh heaven!
I love Nora Roberts, she's my guilty secret 😊

I have read all her books, the early ones are Mills and Boon-ish, in that they are formulaic but you can see the seeds of her style growing.

The trilogies are engaging, some have time travel or a fantasy theme.
The Key series are good.
There are series of books about the same family or a group of friends.
I like the Brides Quartet and Inn at Boonsboro

Best of all though are the stand-alone novels.
The Collector, The Liar, Black Hills are all good reads.

And I love J D Robb, murder mysteries in the near future, post-civil in 21st century.
You have to read those in order as the character development is great.

Here's a site that goes into more detail.

I hope you enjoy them, Nora's books are a great comfort read or listen, I like Audible too.

I am the last person you would think would enjoy these, but there's something deeply comforting about NoraLand!

I really, really love the J.D Robb ones. The others are a bit hit and miss.
