Is this the Erin Kelly book? If so, snap it up while you can - it's excellent!

Three quarters through it. I am hoping that the happening/killing, mystery which is continually being referred to is worth the wait!

I had this book recommended by someone who knows the author - I would never have read it otherwise, but it was excellent, well worth a read.

I also found a slightly ropey ITV adaptation of it, made about five years ago - it was OK, but the ending was a bit meh.
