I'm just about to embark on these two ladies diet and wondered if anyone else has attempted it and whether they found it easy, difficult, boring, starving etc.

It comes across as honest and humourous so I'm hoping it'll be a success

I've also just started this diet Tillyboo and am finding the caffeine withdrawal horrendous. I've had a headache for the past three days and feel horribly tired. I really hope I get over this soon and have the 'I feel fabulous day' they mention on day 5 as I'm so tempted to have a diet coke or a coffee just to feel better. Let me know how you get on. I chose it because I love India Knight.

Nutritionally its diabolical! I got the book, thought about doing it then saw sense! I do not want to have to rely on vitamin supplememts and laxatives for day to day health.

I stopped after just over a week - I'd put 1lb on and was very constipated. Was sick of bacon and eggs. Feel ill thinking about it actually.

DW is doing it - she might reply later. She has lost weight on it and found it helped with lowering blood pressure. I have been enjoying the extra protein!
