Hello all
My DS has ADHD and i was wondering if anyone has bought the ADHD and Autism gluten free and milk free cookbook.
I would just like to know if it is worth me buying it but i thought i would ask here first to see if anyone has got it and what they think of it.
Has anyone got any great recipes that they give their children with ADHD if so could they let me know?
Many thanks

Hiya

You might want to post on the SN threads, as a lot of Sn people only read those these days I ama fraid (and don't have much time dfor scanning other posts). I know some have the AIA Allergy induced autism) cookbook.

I have a few things I make my eldest (AS, gluten and dairy free)- I'm a bit tiered now but i will try and post those tomorrow if that's OK? treaty cakey things- I don't have too much of a problem finding reasonably priced other things ('cept bread- gawd bread!!!!!)
