I've got girl on a train so far, but could do with a few more. I would like 1 to be chick lit/light funny read.

Where'd You Go Bernadette? Light, funny but also intelligent and moving.

The Exclusives - not exactly light in terms of subject, but not heavy either. Easy, page turning, gripping read set in a girls boarding school in the 90s, and the repercussions of a secret.

The Swimming Pool (vaguely seasonal) set in a London lido is pretty gripping. It's just out. Louise Candlish

Mandy Baggot is good for light reads, she sets her books on Corfu.

My top read of recent times has been In Her Wake, a debut by Amanda Jennings that is full of family secrets that take the protagonist to St Ives...

Hope you find something you like!

Liane Moriarty's books are well-written and really entertaining too.
