I can't get it out of my head.
I kept telling myself that it's fiction. But keep wondering how much of those awful experiences actually went on in places like that, as it all felt so horribly plausible.
I was in a psychiatric hospital myself as a teen (that's why I picked it up originally) and that was a pretty awful place in itself, the way we were treated, but at least we were treated as human beings.
