New Paul Torday book out soon

Just seen it on Goodreads that his son finished the last book he was working on when he passed away a few years ago. I have already pre-ordered the new book. It sounds like the Tory version of Salmon-fishing in the Yemen. Link

Oh I didn't even realise that he had died . I've very much enjoyed all of his books, although Light Shining in the Forest was a bit gory for my tastes.

I didn't know he'd died either, but have really enjoyed all his books (although found that they became very much darker as time went on) so I can see why the obituary says that critics weren't all keen on the changes in genre. Personally I like it when a writer keeps you on your toes.
I will look forward to reading this.
