just bumping for you

I liked Lovely bones. Not so keen on the bit where she goes into her friend to have sex but the rest was good.

Ooh it were a right good read!! DH read it too, and he usually hates the books I read!

Another good one (though a bit old now) is Memoirs of a Geisha by Arthur Golden. Read it when it first came out. Lovely story.

Also, getting a little more complex, have you read the Da Vinci Code or any of Dan Brown's books? They're great. If you liked George Orwell, you'll love these more!

I've really enjoyed Phillipa Gregory's Tudor series which starts with The Other Boleyn Girl (soon to be a film I believe). Also Kate Atkinson's Case Histories which I think would appeal to someone who enjoyed The Lovely Bones - which I must say I thought was a good book let down by a bad ending.

Latest Cecilia Ahearn- A place called here was good.I also recommend the lonely bones but there are loads on readitswapit if you want a cheap copy (and have books to get rid of!)

A piece of cake By Cupcake Brown! Absoloutely fantastic read!!! The day I put that book down I felt like I had been inspired. Never have had that from a book before! I felt like I could do anything I wanted to do after all she had been through & acheived!!
