DH bought me this for my birthday, and I've finally started reading it. Very good fun, lots of interesting stuff going on. He makes bum sandwiches, and also ceviche with cologne in it.

No no, you're meant to make a sandwich, wrap in in plastic, and then sit on it for an hour. The heat and pressure make the flavours meld better.

Ceviche with cologne is apparently rank, though.

My poor sandwich would disintegrate if I sat on it for an hour!

I think you're meant to use quite hard bread.

He also discusses the logistics of cannibalism. He isn't sure it's illegal.

There are actually some useful recipes, too ... an interesting cold pea soup, among others.
