Sharpe novels on Amazon

Just wondering if these are worth reading - the first 8 are on the daily deal today for 99p each. Anyone an opinion?

Everything Bernard Cornwell has ever written is worth it. His Grail Quest series is excellent and I do like the Sharpe books, though in my head he looks like Sean Bean.

They are fantastic - he is one of the few bestselling authors who hasn't sold out and put his name to books others write (he is quite vocal about this), so you know that you are getting his books...
