Just wondered really if anyone else has read it and what their thoughts are on it.

I read about 30/40 books a year and very rarely come across one that I think after "bl**dy hell that was Good" it's really quite inspiring I thought too.

Anyone else?

Yes - it was very powerful. I finished the book wanting to know more about her, particularly her life "after."

I can't believe the depths to which she sank.

I know what you mean about wanting to know more.

It's the fact that she could of drowned in her mess forever but she well and truely got herself out of it.

I think she is just an amazing woman. Its very sad to think this does go on every day.

I thought she did extraordinarily well to claw her way out of the mess she used to be in, not only "out" of it but climbing to great heights in the process. She must have a very strong character to have done that ..... where she is now is after years of sheer slog, many of them under awful circumstances.

The book made me feel humble.

I also went to her website and left her a message about it, thanking her for writing it.

Catsmother thats lovely. Will have a look also.

I wish some of the young people my parents cares for, could read the book. Alot of them are heading down a simular slippery slope.

I read it and was blown away

it's one of those books that i thought all teenagers should read, as it makes the whole druggie/party scene soooo unattractive

that birth father of hers - crikey!!!
