Can anyone shed any light on why the hell I can't buy book 6 of the Cassie Palmer series on the kindle? And Amazon generally isn't keen on it? I've read the first five, got number seven, but can't get Tempt the Stars at all. Am I being really dense? What am I doing wrong?!
