Yes I read this but can't remember the detail. Was it where her friends child disappeared when she was meant to be with her?

Yes

It's a while since I read it - so can't guarantee my memory is accurate, but I seem to remember enjoying the writing and finding it quite gripping but finding the ending a bit odd and unbelievable.

I loved this book, Joanne the female cop was fab. I really felt for the poor mum getting all the flack for the girl going missing too.
Well written.

I enjoyed it. Good writing and a proper page turner.

It was a real page turner, but not especially memorable - can only recall vague details!

I read this recently. I enjoyed the journey but was a bit disappointed by the ending. I didn't warm to any of the characters. Wouldn't recommend other personally.
