Fiction with a pregnancy theme

I have recently found out I am pregnant and fancy reading some fiction with pregnancy as the theme?

Perhaps storylines that follow women throughout their pregnancies and become friends etc?

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

It's an old book, written in 1938 - The Squire by Enid Bagnold pub by Persephone Books. The central character is pg with her fifth child and it's about the process of birth. Not read it yet but is on my tbr list
