The Well
I found it very engrossing and read it (almost) in one sitting (darn RL getting in the way!).
But - I'm struggling with various things:
Did Ruth have MH problems even before they moved to the Well?
Was her husband actually guilty of having child pornography on his computer? Or was he innocent (not just 'not guilty')?
Did he or did he not do anything inappropriate with Lucien on that fateful last night?
Why was Ruth put on house arrest? For burning the 'nuns'' caravans?
What did you all make of it?
I'm sure I can think of more questions. And I found the idea of a prolonged caught in our climes really quite terrifying….
