I am looking for a book that involved a car crash when a man called Liam and his two children died. The woman then stole her best friends child thinking she had had an affair with Liam and the child was his. She took her away to Australia and she becomes a book publisher who is sent a book which turns out to be about her abduction. All I remember is the book was set in Ireland, the women had a sister who was an author and a care bear was in there somewhere - random I know. Many thanks in advance.
