I'm reading Ghost Girl by Torey Hayden. It's good, if a bit disturbing. I've read another of her books called Tiger Child or something like that, and that was good, the one about the little girl called Sheila. There's also a film called Untamed Love.

Anyone a Torey Hayden fan? I like her books because they're real life accounts of her teaching experiences.

My mum bought me Just Another Kid which is really enjoyed. I have been meaning to get some more of hers..

I have just got Somebody Else's Kids... it is great, really enjoying it. I think I like it because the subject is real, the children really exist.

"I worked so well with the children not because I had any special gifts but simply because I was one of them; my only advantage was extra experience of life." (Somebody Else's Kid, UK Hardback, Page 153)

I can so relate to that... I work with young children.

Think I'm addicted... have just been out and brought 4 more of Torey's books.
