Hi,

I am going to Australia so I need something to keep me engrossed on the plane!

I have read quite a few of the recommended books but didn't really enjoy.

The goldfinch I didn't finish.
shock of the fall (not my thing really felt like a teen book)
We are all completely besides ourself (ok)
The miniaturist (cant get into)

My favourite author is leslie pearce and I have read all of her books.

Any recommendations?

What should I read next? is an interesting website - I typed in Lesley Pearse and it suggested a range of things. Have you read Jojo Moyes? She came up as a suggestion and I've enjoyed a lot of her books.

Cloud street by Tim Winton might get you in the mood for your trip. And try Liane Moriarty. Have a lovely trip!!!

I'd second Liane Moriarty. Diane Chamberlaine too.
