Just finished this. Amazing read. Has anyone else read it - or seen the Video ( as I now want to see it)

Video is really hard to watch. Brings the story alive. My 6yo saw part of it and was traumatised.

I heard Simon(?) tell his part of the story once and it's every bit as compelling.

It was odd - you KNEW he survived as wrote the book, but it still had you on the edge of your seat. WOuld recommend it to anyone.

yep, have read book and seen film. The film is probably the most terrifying thing i have ever seen. the bit is the chasm......gives me shivers thinking about it every time
