not free but as a CM I get cheaper delivery. I think first time orders get free delivery too!

nikkie · 21/10/2006 20:35

Do you get it with points passport?

LadyTophamHatt · 21/10/2006 20:40

round up a few mates to order w you too to make it up to £25, then you all get free p&p, only other idea I can think of!

Are ther eally no tie ins with this club, got one of their catalogues today and am quite tempted to order?

PandaG · 21/10/2006 20:57

no tie ins at all, really worth ordering if there are books you want.

nikkie · 21/10/2006 20:58

Not really a club just a catalogue IYSWIM, you can order as little or much as you like (if you are like me you'll end up with loads) there is also a clearance section on the website.

busybusymum · 21/10/2006 20:59

no ties at all, you order what you want, when you want. they never send out letters asking why you havent ordered and as for the free P&P I never have trouble ordering over £25, It's keeping it below £100 I have trouble with.

I can't praise the book people enough. I have been using them for 10 years and never ever had a problem with them. Never had an order wrong and always delivered quickly.

HTH

Points passport upgrades your P&P to "priority" but it still costs if you don't spend over £25. Which is never a problem for me. Just ordered the Horrible Science books for DSs amongst other things

LadyTophamHatt · 21/10/2006 21:04

I placed an order last week fro about £40 so I'm struggling now to make it up again....

How far from £25 are you?

Sheraz · 21/10/2006 21:05

Oh thanks will order the Horrible Henry books for DS 1 then..and maybe a feww wee teats for moi!

SoupDragon · 21/10/2006 21:07

"how to speak dragonese" set of 3 books was recommended - I got it for DS1 (7.5), Ditto Jack Stalwart books. "Sprinters" set of 12 or so books I got for DS2 (5.5) and also to go in his party bags in March '07!

SoupDragon · 21/10/2006 21:07

Oh, Horrible Histories set and as I said, Horrible Science,

busybusymum · 21/10/2006 21:08

If I am ever low on ordering (usually because I've just placed and order and then found something else I like) I order extra for birthday pressies throughout the year.

roisin · 21/10/2006 21:27

I don't get free P&P from them, and I spend a fortune with them.

But I always spend over £25 anyway, so it's not an issue.
