What is your favourite Charlie and Lola?

We've got a few, but I am wondering - are we missing the most bestest of the books?

My personal fave is "I am not sleepy and I will not go to bed" ("But I am not a bird Charlie!!"), but given my limited selection, am I wrong??

Has anyone got "I Win, No I Win"? It's a box set of book and games, it's FAB. DD1 got it for Christmas last year.

DD loves the tomato one.

I've just ordered three of these sets from the Book People - might just keep one for ourselves! fab

The only thing about Charlie and Lola though is that it has dts asking for a baby sister!

Because my dd says this too and it brings a maternal tear to my eye.
I also love the ten biscuits line too.
But on tv the episode where Lola falls out with Lotta, I could weep for her as it has happened exactly like that to ds a million times.
My ds is 12 and dd is 4 and they are so like C+L that the books and vids are firm faves in our house.

We love them all, too.
I have a 4 yo girl called Lily and a 4 month old boy. We called him Charlie for many reasons but I am a bit tickled that we have a Charlie and Lily (so we're close!!) and we are all huge fans.
BTW, Rosie Nieper sell fabby C&L T-shirts online. Sadly, only up to age 5-6 otherwise I'd have one, myself!

dp has been introducing me to the delights of bagpus and general oliver postgate and I think charlie and lola are the clangers of the future

"not one but two Sizzleses" is my favourite as well

I haven't ever read charlie and lola

It seems I'm missing out big style, we love books, how have I not come across these, they sound wonderful

I realise this is a book club thread, but did you know you can see the current TV series on demand on the cbeebies website? "Minutes" is a stonker and "Coat" nearly made me cry!
