I'm not sure I always want to read great literature with deep and meaningful content. Put up and put down sometimes works for me. Try 'Fifty Fifty' (Too Young to be Middle Aged) by Diana Wilkinson (on Amazon) for a light hearted and hilarious look at what awaits us all at this mid life milestone!
