Don't seem to be able to find anything in the Kindle sale. Was hoping to pick up a few bargains. Anyone else had any luck, if so what did you buy. Looking for inspiration.
Thanks :-)

I thought it wasn't as good as last year too. Maybe they'll add some crackers?

NecklessMumster · 28/12/2014 17:58

Brilliant! Thank you, just bought The Miniaturist

CoteDAzur · 28/12/2014 17:58

A few more I thought were noteworthy:

Divergent £0.99
Shock Of The Fall £0.99

I've either read or have in my tbr pile most of the decent ones you've listed there Cote, excepting a couple which don't really interest me. And that's pretty much all there is on offer so far. Wonder whether they will improve the daily deals during the sale, because I haven't found much there either.

Have bought The Miniaturist, and Good Omens by Pratchett & Gaiman.

Found one worth having this morning :) The Wild Places by Robert MacFarlane. Bought for DH - is exactly the sort of thing he likes to read.

CoteDAzur · 29/12/2014 21:15

I just got Fear And Loathing In Las Vegas by Hunter S Thompson for £1.99.

DuchessofMalfi · 30/12/2014 08:11

The Narrow Road To The Deep North by Richard Flanagan is currently reduced to £1.69.

Doesn't really appeal to me, but it did win the Man Booker Prize this year.

stillwearingaredribbon · 30/12/2014 08:16

I love Good Omens, I have never laughed so much at a book

The Luminaries is £1.89 on the Kindle. Amazing book. Definitely get it if you haven't read it already.
