Great book for 10/11 12 + olds

this book is great

About a boy actor who is playing PUCK and gets transported bakc to Shakespeares day. It is really really good read. I loved it and although abut Shakespeare is exciting and sad and witty

I love to read books for this age group ... my DS is young still (6) but I think I will see if it is out in NZ and get it for me ...

Thanks for the recommendation - I've just bought a copy from Amazon for ds1 for Christmas: it looks right up his street.

(Hideous cover though - I would never have picked it up in a bookshop - very unappealing.)

'feather boy ' is also fab. it has themes of bulling, peer pressure and a mysterious death. my class of yr fives are hooked!

ds1 loved feather boy. I thinkMaggie Smith made a movie of it.
