I'm half way through ''All Change'' and already mourning the end of the chronicles. Any suggestions for similar family sagas, based around the same pre war/war period would be gratefully received!

Camomile Lawn, Mary Wesley?

Susan Howatch - I really like The Wheel of Fortune but it is massive

The Rich are Different and The Sins of the Fathers follow a family from the 20s til the 60s over two books.

The Morland Dynasty? It's a family saga, it actually starts in the Middle Ages but I think it goes up beyond the 2nd ww- you could start with the more modern ones perhaps? I have only(!) read the first 10 or so, they are quite enjoyable.

Or Ken Follet's century trilogy? I think the first one is Fall of Giants.

Thanks for the suggestions, they sound interesting, especially the Moreland Dynasty. Shall add to my 'need to read' list!
