The kids and I have been listening to the audio books read by Stephen Briggs and absolutely loving them. So far we have listened to The amazing Maurice and all the Tiffany Aching books.
But where to go to from here, there are so many I get confused! Where do I start? Can they all be read as stand alone stories, or do they need to be read in order?
Any and all advice gratefully received.

Chronological order is the only true path :))

Or you could read them in batches, say all the guards ones then all the witches. There are some stand alone that could be read at any time, Pyramids for example.

I love the witches.

This is useful, though you need to add Snuff to the Watch section and Raising Steam to the Industrial Revolution

Thanks. My organised side really wants to go in chronological order, but I think by groups will be easier for the kids to get involved. Can't wait to start!

I'm reading them to my DDs in groups, not chronologically. We've done the Watch series (all except Snuff, it's a bit dark), all the Witches ones and the Industrial Revolution ones except Raising Steam (because it kind of hinges on things that happen in Snuff). We haven't read any of the early ones because they are parodies of novels the DDs haven't read.

We've also read the Death series, but have gone a bit out of sequence here and there.

I can't believe we only have a few left to go!
