The Chronicles of St. Mary's by Jodi Taylor that is.
I thought it was all over at the end of Book 3, and never even looked for any more until Amazon popped it up on their "people who bought that looked at these" thing quite by chance.
I am so happy it's sad Grin but I was bereft when I finished the trilogy, I couldn't remember last time I enjoyed new books and characters more, so finding a new one (and a new short "Summer Story" too!) has really made my week Grin
The only downside is that I'm almost finished :(
Does anyone else read/love/has heard of this series and enjoy it as much as I do? or dislike them even? I love a good book natter Grin even if we disagree!

I read the first one of these on holiday recently and thoroughly enjoyed it :) I have a few other books to get through before I allow myself to get book 2 let alone 3 and 4 :o

I loved the first one. Got a bit muddled on the second one and gave up but tempted to try again.

Yes! I was really desperate for 4th book. Really enjoying it Grin

I love these books. Haven't read the short stories yet.

It took me a while to get into the 4th book. All the bouncing around meant it took me a bit to settle into- I was glad that St Mary's came into it and the bit with the swans had me laughing out loud.

I woke DD in bed in the next room up laughing at the swans in Book 4, and then again the next night when Markham's breasts fell off in Roman Holiday Grin
I'm just about to start her "not Max" book "The Nothing Girl" - it has good reviews so hopefully will be enjoyable.
