Short story recommendations for kindle

I love short stories and am looking for anthology recommendations! Preferably:

• not heavily themed re genre anthologies. I like a mixed bag. Not keen on crime, romance or mainstream fantasy (vampire rubbish etc)
• love quirky, drama, humour - well, lots really
• am open to 'unknown' or self publish authors
• free would be good
• can be a collection of multiple authors or a single author.

Please help! My searching brain has failed me!

Have you read Lorrie Moore, Raymond Carver, Helen Simpson, Alice Munro, Tobias Wolff, Armistead Maupin, Garrison Keillor?

Joyce, Chekhov, Scott Fitzgerald, Greene, Mansfield might be v cheap or free as out of copyright now.

Modern writers - Tania Hershman is very quirky and good. One of hers is definitely on Kindle.
