Just finished this. Loved it.
Would recommend to fans of Curtis Sittenfield and Donna Tarte. V reminiscent of American Wife by the former.
Shipstead's first novel, seating arrangements, was also fab.
I think Astonish Me would be a good candidate for a mN book of the month/web chat etc
