Book on Teenagers- advice how to bring them up

Can anyone recommend a good book on teenagers? How to bring them up, parenting tips, what makes them tick etc.

Adele Faber and Elaine ....

have also written one for teens. I have read the original and read their one for siblings and I like them and would definitely get their teenage one. But mine aren't quite there yet!
