A good book for teenagers on (non-romantic) relationships

I am looking for a book for my teenagers on how relationships work, mainly in a non-romantic context. How groups function. How to resolve problems with friends/teachers/co-workers. Some insights into psychology, etc.

My 15-year-old daughter could do, I think, with understanding a little more about how groups work. She has been having problems with a particular teacher and I think some general insights might be useful.

I remember reading I'm OK, You're OK years ago, but I am sure there are other books around now that are considered more up-to-date.

Thanks in advance!

I don't know of any particular books, but I would do a search on amazon using terms such as 'group dynamics', 'communication skills', 'interacting with others' and 'dealing with conflict' etc.

I hope you find something appropriate x
