I'm finding it confusing and hard to get into. Should I persevere? Will I miss out if I don't?

It is an incredible book but if you are very sensitive I would avoid it! Wasn't 'enjoyable' in some ways but a great story and told very well.

I really loved it after DH telling me for years I should avoid it because it was too disturbing. You need a very dark sense of humour to really get it I think. I would persevere for a bit longer.

A great book.
