if there was one before, sorry but couldn't find it.

I liked this book on the whole. Im liked the idea of it (being a student of RE anyway), and I liked the religious detail- although perhaps a little TMI in places!. LOL.

A very interesting book is how I'd best phrase it. I'd certainly read her agin if I saw anything by her.

Certainly an interesting idea, to take the life of a lesswr known biblical character and turn it into this novel. I do have to stop myself looking at things like programees about Joseph etc and going 'ah but actually he was.... oh no that was a novel. Sorry'

I loved this, it was the best one so far. I loved being transported back in time and could almost feel the heat, smell the smells and became immersed in that way of lfe.

I didn't think I would when I read the blurb on the back but was very surprised at how easy to read it was.

Althought I did feel that Dinahs childhood was done beautifully with lots of detail but then the second half of the book seemed to rush, and skip over vast periods of her life. I wanted to be greedy and know it all!

I wasn?t sure about the red tent to start with, I am not a religious person, I have no interest in it. But I gave it a go
I enjoyed the fist half, the mothers story, it was interesting in the way they did things back then and there way of life. Don?t think I could handle being married to my sisters as well as a husband.
I found some of it really boring though, mainly when she was in Egypt.
I was glad I read it in the end but I don?t think I will read any of her other books
I don?t know what else I can say that?s not going to give anything away??
