Just finished reading The Woman Before Me by Ruth Dugdall which was recommended on here some time ago.
A brilliant book - only wish I still had it to read!
What would you recommend which is similar/

Sophie Hannah's first book 'Little Face' is excellent and very similar, although her later ones got a bit samey, imo.

I enjoyed Ruth Dugdall's 'The Sacrificial Man' aswell - I wish she would hurry up and write another one!

In to the darkest corner by Elizabeth Hayes?

Could not put it down.

Feenie Looked in the library today and found 'The Sacrificial Man' so am looking forward to reading that.
Merlin Yes, I've read 'In To The Darkest Corner' - another one I bought on the recommendation of MN. I couldn't put it down either.

A brilliant, underrated book.

Until You're Mine by Samantha Hayes is similarly gripping and well-written.

Before I go to sleep

I loved Into The Darkest Corner, Before I go to Sleep and The Woman Before Me. Really liked them all.

I'd really recommend The Hand That First Held Mine and Room. I found them both very gripping, and excellent.
