Just finished it. Hated all the characters, not enjoyed this book one bit. Got it on kindle for 99p. Would have been very annoyed had I paid full price for it.

Enjoyed "In to the Darkest corner" a lot. Perhaps that is why I feel let down about this book.

Just wanted to vent.

I searched for this before starting a thread about it. I'm halfway through and waiting for something to happen. Agree that the characters are very unlikeable. I can't decide if I'll finish it or not. Anyone else read it?

I read it just after finishing In to the darkest corner, so perhaps my expectations were too high. I struggled to finish it and totally put of this author. I find it almost hard to believe both books are written by the same person.

Agree completely. It was dreadful. Very poorly written also.
