holiday reads - recommendations please

I want some lightheared easy reads for my hols. I have read all Marian Keyes/Sophie Kinsella books and like what I call quality chick lit

Have just read Plan B by Emily Barr which was quite good and an easy read I think she has written a few and my sister has read a couple and reckons they are good

If you fancy something a little bit heavier then the Kite Runner by Khaled Hossain is amazing a fantastic book which I couldn't put down!
