I've just read the latest novel by Robin Squire. It's a free download on Amazon Kindle today - only a few hours left.
A romantic novella based on a real-life diary, rediscovered after 20 years, it made me think about my own diaries over the years. It reminded me of 'Bridges of Madison County', but with a better ending (and I'm not giving away any spoilers!).
I was swept away for the few hours I read it with a nice pot of tea. It's definitely a 'feelgood' life-affirming theme, with lots of laughs on the way. A quick read which whisks you away to sunny lavender-scented Provence - ideal for commuting, or for a journey.
It's free today on www.bit.ly/LavenderDaysAmazon. I'll be interested to hear what you think of it.
