I really enjoyed rough guide to pregnancy but am keeping it for next sprog. If you get given ANY books check when they were published coz stuff changes so quickly.

I got one

also I got 2 pilates in pregnancy videos and a yoga/ relaxation in pg tape; I was just going to put it all on the for sale area
