The Cuckoo's Calling by Robert Galbraith

This is the crime novel that JK Rowling published under a pseudonym. Has anyone else read it? I've just finished it and really enjoyed it - a cracking read that keeps you guessing all the way through.

I'm on the list at the library but it looks like I'll have a looooong wait.

i have read it, didn't really think much of it. i didn't aprticularly care for the characters, and I guessed the identity of the murderer quite early on - the same theme has been done better by other authors. mind you, I wouldn't necessarily have guessed it if I hadn't read a particular book that was published many years ago, but as it is it seemed pretty obvious to me. i was quite disappointed when I turned out to be right as I like to be surprised.

I really enjoyed it. I hope she writes some more 'Strike' books.

I read a lot of this genre, and really enjoyed it. I'd love to read more strike books too

I'm half way through and love it. Can't put it down! I heard that she's already written the second book in the series
