Hi I have started another thread as the old one took ages to sort out. Right as far as I am concerned our newest member is Mars. Katy, I am not sure if you have added any more???

bresha · 20/06/2006 09:48

1st of july i think

bresha · 20/06/2006 09:54

I don’t mined posting mine early though dm. Finished mine 2, I was really good, cant Waite for the next one now

peachyClair · 20/06/2006 10:36

still nothing through for me I am afraid

if it turns up soon can make 1st jukly deadline as a fast reader

bresha · 20/06/2006 10:55

Maybe we should consider putting back the deadline for posting to give the people who got there books late a chance to actually read it!
Every one has got to post on time from now on otherwise it wont work,

kickassangel · 20/06/2006 12:17

still no book!! depends what i get as to whether i can make 1st July. Probably doesn't matter if i post a couple of days late, but this whole 'circle' seems to be stumbling a little!

Katy posted earlier, KAA, she forgot Smile and is posting your book to you. From then on we will post on 5th July and then every 2 weeks after that if every one is willing.

UCM- any idea about mine deary?

kickassangel · 20/06/2006 16:45

oops, sorry, just bothered to look down & see other posts, mustn't post in haste. now looking forward togetting a book soon.

FrannyandZooey · 20/06/2006 16:55

Just keep going with the original deadlines regardless, I think, or it will all snarl up. If we miss out on reading one or two books, because we received a book late, it's not the end of the world, is it? Just keep things moving or it will grind to a halt, IMO.

Ok, Good point F&Z. 1st july, 21st july... brain can't work out next one.

I am just about to email every one to keep things running along nicely.

Bresha I started a thread for the portable door, it's around somewhere. I've just finished the sequal (earth, fire, air and custard) but it's much more complicated, and I think there must of been a book in between as a lot didn't make sense iykwim)

So are we posting on the 1st? But what about the people who haven't been sent their second book yet?

I have emailed everyone. If anyone doesn't have their 2nd book by Monday of next week, I will have to take the senders name off the swap to be fair to the rest of us. I hope this doesn't sound harsh but as someone rightly pointed out earlier, it will fall apart if we don't all post the books regularly.

PanicPants · 20/06/2006 18:16

Thanks Ucm, Have seen your email, and completely agree, otherwise the whole thing will fall apart.

WelshBoris · 20/06/2006 19:12

nikkie i posted it last week give it til tomorrow then ill get in touch with post office

FrannyandZooey · 20/06/2006 20:39

If that book has got lost in the post I can easily send another one on to you, nikkie (it was my book originally that Boris would have sent to you). I have loads of decent books hanging around that will only go to charity otherwise.

dewmeadow · 20/06/2006 22:12

UCM I didnt get an email from you.

nikkie · 20/06/2006 22:14

If it doesn't turn up, I'll start another one off I have loads hanging around anyway! GrinJust wanted to check.
What book was it by the way?

UCM · 20/06/2006 22:38
