hi folks, sorry i've been away for a while

kka, have posted your book, sorry its late again.

I don't know whether i'll be able to stay part of the book club, as i'm not finishing the books, obviously i don't read fast enough! i didn't finish the last one and i haven't finished this one either, and its very frustrating and i'm unable to comment on the book threads as i don't know how they end!

I'll try to finish and post the 3rd one on time, as i can understand it will be frustrating for you too kka, not to receive your books on time!

can i just say, the book i have posted had a chunk of loose pages in the middle when i received it. now all the pages have come away from the cover. it made very difficult reading, and although i have been very careful with it, it has literally dropped to bits. I looked for another one but no luck, so I've glued it, but don't know whether it will stay glued. Hopefully it will, or by the time it gets around everybody it won't be readable.

i received my next book the other day, thank you!

have just read down the thread a bit to catch up. I'll post the 3rd book on time, but if i don't finish it, i'll let you know that i'm dropping out so you can redo the list.

don't want to drop out, but i don't want to hold everything up for others, so i'll go.... sniff if i don't manage to get my act together lol

Anyone who doesn't want to take part anymore needs to post it on the Book Swap Part 3 thread that I am just about to administer as this one takes ages.

Have also noticed that not everyone is putting anything on the reveiws. Why? You don't have to of course but it's nice to read what everyone else thought about the book

Hi peeps i am the naughty, naughty person who held up peachy for god knows how long and will take some serious (gentle) abuse! I'm sorry peachy my head has been a right shed and computer was down and the whole world just bleeding well collapsed around me!
Didn't finish the first didn't even start the second but loved and finished the 3rd in 2 days....on top of this reading mullarkey now and you should have all the books i have been sent.
UCM thanks also for being patient and not kicking me out i would have felt like a right loser!
I have posted a review on the last book although i didn't quite have the same take as kickass-

Attacking someone from a completely different angle for comedy purposes, when they are already being ambushed from all directions was maybe not my idea of "diffusing" the situation ]
