I agree with bresha - if I don't enjoy one of the books I'm not going to force myself to read it. I read for enjoyment, not for punishment! I forced myself to finish the first book so that I could start a review page off, but I won't do it again if I find I'm not enjoying another of the books.

psssst, trin, come over here and we'll start our own, much better, book swapping circle...

It's just that this swap is already really big, it's going to take almost a year for the books to come back as it is. There are several people who asked to be added after the swap had started, and it was suggested that maybe it would be better to have a second swap running than to try and fit them all into the one that's already running.

come on, trin, lets go and sort our own one out.

Take it the admin is as UCM has suggested? Get everyone to mail rl address to me then arrange it geograpahically? Do we need to have any consensus on likes/dislikes or is that part of the fun?

And do you want to split your group, or shall we just advertise? Could split by genre preferance, maybe?

And what do we call ourselves, do you reckon? The Other Book Swap?

Trinity, I did answer you - I said that I thought there would have to be a second swapping circle. The people who were posting here today are not the people running the swop, so we are not in charge of deciding whether or not you can join. God, these rhinos, they're so.....thin-skinned :)
