I absolutely loved VotD and others by the same author.. Anyone know any similar authors?

I loved her book "Yargo" - have you read that one?

I loved VotD and Once is not Enough as a teenager. I suspect I'd be shocked by them now! I can only think of the Arthur Hailey books of my teens (Hotel,Airport) and Judith Krantz but it's been years since I read most of them and I suspect they aren't as good as VOTD.
